MASSAGE THERAPY

JENNIFER STUART LMT,CLT

Jennifer is a licensed massage therapist and certified lymphedema therapist, who continuously educates herself and learns new skills to help her clients and improve their health. She completed 160 hours of training in September of 2011 for manual lymph drainage and combined decongestive therapy. Manual lymphatic drainage(MLD) stimulates the lymphatics system that will rid the body of waste material, promote healing, and boost the immune system.  MLD has been found to be an effective part of treatment and management of lymphedema. As a therapist, she strives to be as current with new and updated techniques so that her clients get the best massage available to them. Jennifer graduated from the Fort Smith School of Massage. She has been in the health care profession for 20 years as a dental assistant; therefore when choosing a new profession it was easy for her to change to massage therapy, since her passion is to take care of her clients. Jennifer is a wife and a mother of three beautiful children. She enjoys spending time with her family playing tennis, exercising, and anything related to the outdoors.
