SUSAN BULES

Susan joined our office on Feburary 7, 2011 as our full time receptionist.  She came to us from Crotty Foot Clinic where she had worked for the last 19 years as a receptionist and billing clerk.  Susan lives in Van Buren with her husband and has one son. 

BECKY FITZPATRICK

Becky is our Reimbursement/Human Resources Director.  She is responsible for all personnel & payroll issues for the office as well as reimbursement matters including patient billing and collection and insurance filing.  Our patients really appreciate her knowledge and experience as she works closely with them in dealing with their cancer policies, billing issues, and assisting and counseling them in meeting their financial obligations through a very difficult time.  Becky began her career in radiation oncology in May of 2000. Becky lives in Van Buren with her husband and has two grown children and is the proud grandmother of two grandsons.

Mary Jane is our office transcriptionist.  Besides transcribing all the dictation done by the physician and nurse, she also makes sure that all patient records are organized and easily accessible.  She graduated from Tulsa Junior College with a 2 year Associate Degree in Applied Science (Medical Secretary) and has been affiliated with the American Association for Medical Transcription since 1981.  She has been certified by the American Association for Medical Transcription since 1982 and began her career with Holt Krock Clinic in 1975 in the steno pool, until she transferred in 1976 to work for the Radiation Oncologists.  She has worked in this office since that time and has stayed on when Dr. Gast took over in 1999.
